Well, it’s back here, it’s not been opened in any way and the only info I have was a label with the “refused” box ticked so I have no clue as to why it’s been returned.
Another example of how screwed up the tracking is that it reckons it was delivered to Slovakia today.

The RM website suggests that label CN15 is applied by the authorities hence me thinking it’s customs, tracking never had the parcel as being out for delivery at all.
Edit: you are correct, a quick translate tells me the bottom one is the refuse by customs box.

ground) bizarrely don't have an option saying 'Delivered back to sender' or something similar on our PDA's. The only option we have is
delivered to customer. That's why the tracking appears to say it was delivered to Slovakia.
I've always wondered why Royal Mail have never given us an option for this on our PDA's.

I worked for RM for 4 years so know they don’t tend to make things easy for staff!
