Hi I was expecting a parcel yesterday between 8.20 and 12.20.
It’s still showing in Manchester Mail centre waiting in transit to my local delivery office.
I know there delays due to weather. And I’m sorry to be a pain but it needs a signature and I can only be at home today and tomorrow.
Are there any timescales for how long this will take?
My tracking number is OD871647109GB
It’s a present and was hoping to get it today.

Hey, I don't think it will be delivered today (unless the item missed a scan early this morning), as the item has yet to be scanned into and out of your local delivery office.
Assuming it's ready for delivery tomorrow and you are not at home, you can make adjustments to the delivery instructions by using the "inflight request function" against the tracking reference. Or the big red button on the tracking page.
So for example, deliver to work, or a friends house, or choose another day etc.

Thank you so much for the answer.
I have clicked on that option but it keeps saying ‘you are being rerouted as there are no additional delivery options available for this item’
Then it just takes me back to the tracking info page.
Not sure what else to do really.

I used the app and it says the above in my last post.
Just tried via the website and it gives me ‘ Sorry, no options are currently available for this parcel.’

Keep checking that tracking reference this evening and then past 10pm tonight, and then very early in the morning.

Looking at the timings it's probably missed the final run from the MC to the DO. It should go out to the DO overnight

Lost or stolen a very important letter that I sent tracked 24 on 27th December, it contains important and time critical personal and medical info. I am not a happy customer. Potential GDPR breach and identity theft in the making.
