I posted a parcel to Mexico on the 11th December. I have been regularly checking the tracking and nothing has been updated since the 11th which confirmed the parcel was ‘received at Home Counties North MC’ as at 19:58
The tracking number is.
LO367256743GB
I have contact my local post office and they gave me a number to ring which I have done. The ‘customer service’ number is not manned by anybody; it is only numerous recorded messages and links.
How do I find out where my parcel is? Why has it not been updated since the 11th December? This was a Christmas present for my daughter and I’m naturally very disappointed that it has not been delivered.

Firstly, it is possible to speak to someone on that number, I have done it in the last 6 months. You have to be patient and work your way carefully through the options, and call at a sensible time.
As it got stuck at the mail centre, it could have been marked as ‘do not fly’, what was inside please?
Or it could be as simple as the address or barcode label falling of the package.
