Royal Mail Lockers not showing option to Print Label for my Parcel?

Post by TheStreetParade »

Hey all,

Just ran into a problem at my local Royal Mail locker.

I have bought postage for my parcel (tracked 48) and the labels/proof of postage had been done and sent to me.

I scan the labels/code into the Royal Mail locker and it accepts it. I then put my email address in, accepts it. I then select the parcel type and a lock box compartment opens for me to put the parcel in but there was no option for me to ‘print’ a label?

Naturally I cancelled the lockbox procedure and went home.

Does anyone know if I’m doing anything wrong? I don’t understand why there wasn’t an option to print off a label on the locker when Royal Mail states you can? I also don’t have a printer.

Its a fairly new service that not a lot of staff have direct experience of, especially at the customer end. But there is a a few thread in the customer forum that might help. Here is one - viewtopic.php?t=114402
