NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MAIL CENTRE
Hi I have two SHEIN order that I redirected to be delivered to the post office closest to me, checking my tracking update today, it says the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender. OJ526072215GB, OJ139064319GB Here are the tracking numbers. On tracking it on the SHEIN, it’s says Birmingham MC, shipment received in depot and the other one says North West Midlands MC, shipment received in depot

You are probably best contacting Shein for a refund because the items are on their way back to them.Fattybaby wrote: ↑21 Dec 2024, 20:32Hi I have two SHEIN order that I redirected to be delivered to the post office closest to me, checking my tracking update today, it says the recipient refused to accept it. To have been refused by the Post Office they must have been mislabelled in some way.

Re: NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MAIL CENTRE
Weird this as for both of them the last entry when tracked via the Parcelapp website is:
No idea where SHEIN are based but it's possible that North West Midlands MC does a direct delivery to SHEIN. That entry makes me think that SHEIN have refused the return. If that's the case then it'll likely now go to the National Returns Centre in Belfast.Item Received. Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 20-12-2024 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender North West Midlands MC

Re: NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MAIL CENTRE
The initial problem was that I gave a parcelshop address but the parcelshop started refusing parcels that are not sent via Evri, so I redirected the parcel on Royalmail’s website to be delivered to a post office closest to me as a Royalmail drop off point, I can’t have my packages been sent to Belfast, what can I do?

Re: NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MAIL CENTRE
The Mail Centre isn’t a collection point. They won’t be able to locate your parcels among the thousands they have.Fattybaby wrote: ↑22 Dec 2024, 06:18The initial problem was that I gave a parcelshop address but the parcelshop started refusing parcels that are not sent via Evri, so I redirected the parcel on Royalmail’s website to be delivered to a post office closest to me as a Royalmail drop off point, I can’t have my packages been sent to Belfast, what can I do?
Shein is who you should be contacting for a refund because they will know you do not have the parcels.

Re: NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MAIL CENTRE
Many Post Offices were built before there was a service to collect parcels from the PO, and therefore have limited or no space to store them. They have a right to refuse to accept any further parcels if their storage space is full. If there is one time this is likely to happen it is the week before Christmas.

Most "Post Offices" are now simply part of the same counter at a Newsagents.Snaggletooth wrote: ↑22 Dec 2024, 08:59Many Post Offices were built before there was a service to collect parcels from the PO, and therefore have limited or no space to store them. Had stuff refused at a PO in the summer as the person already had a dozen or so boxes already sat there for up to 8 days waiting to be collected.

Re: NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MAIL CENTRE
Now one of the packages shows it’s been delivered back to Walsall delivery office, to the sender and I know the sender is not in Walsall. I’ve tried to contact SHEIN but it’s taking forever and now on the website is states that she package has been delivered
