Hi guys,
I'm expecting a small parcel from India. I know it arrived at Langley on the 16th because of Indian postal service website. But royal mail app says what I attached.
I wish it would appear in the Royal mail system as I don't want to wait for the post man everyday :/ or at least I know if it's in customs or what.
Thanks

If India show it as received at Langley but Royal Mail are not showing it then it is probably in customs.

Thanks for replying. Will it eventually show a status or will it just get delivered once it's released from customs without ever showing one? Thanks

Now in the India postal service says its been sent to a domestic location (guess it left customs) I don't get how they get all the info and on royal mail system the code doesn't work :/Snaggletooth wrote: ↑19 Dec 2024, 20:38If India show it as received at Langley but Royal Mail are not showing it then it is probably in customs.

Re: Item at Langley but "unable to confirm the status of your item"
It doesn’t just happen. There has to be an agreement between the two mail services to share the data, someone has to build some software to link the two systems etc. And some postal systems are not bothered, starved of investment capital, or both.Danmcr2mdq wrote: ↑20 Dec 2024, 12:05Now in the India postal service says its been sent to a domestic location (guess it left customs) I don't get how they get all the info and on royal mail system the code doesn't work :/
