Parcel Never Scanned in UK?

Hi

Need a bit of advice on whether my parcel is lost. It's coming from Canada and required urgently!

This is the tracking I've had so far and it's the same, understandably, for Canada Post and Royal Mail.
  • Friday 30 August 2024 - 19:02 - Item Leaving overseas (Canada)

    Thursday 29 August 2024 - 22:11 - Item received at Canada
So is my parcel lost or just stuck in customs?

It's probably stuck in customs. Random batches of mail are chosen by customs for extra checks. Any mail in the randomly chosen batch will take longer to clear customs.
