2 out of 2 parcels i have sent this month to Croatia to the same person have gone to the wrong countries.I usually send to this person 1-2 parcels per month, for years, and nothing like this happened!
Everything on the parcels is written correct and in large and clear letters, as always!
First parcel, went to Italy LO331819266GB
Second parcel is going to France RF505563015GB
What is happening? Is she going to get her parcels? Is there something i can do?
And also,is this issue with parcels to Croatia going to be fixed because something is obviously wrong here?

There first one doesn't have any mention of Italy on the tracked when the Parcelapp site is used to track it

First one if tracked by Royal Mail it transfers to (continue tracking) to Italian post site and Italian post site tracks it (poste.it)

Well, I did think it could have been they were sent to transit countries before reaching Croatia and I checked tracking and bingo... I was correct. All delivered fine in the end!
