Please help. A company has send a parcel to me (donation for a charity im setting up) i live in west bromwich and the app states it went to west bromwich mail depot and was for some reason rerouted to bham mail centre where its sat since 7th sept with no movement. Really need this parcel.

Spoke to customer services and was simply told if its not arrived by 16th company can claim money back.

Not West Brom but our office we are 1 week behind. Disgusting but should get there soon.
Strangely, but changing your delivery date to 1 day later can get it to you quicker

Yeah it's too late for you. Best bet is to ask your postie to deliver it (I had a lot of requests) or just wait.
