Not sure what's happened, broken down logistics or issues at Bristol? But the parcel I sent hasn't gone anywhere since last night

I'm waiting for a special delivery 1pm that was due last Thursday and is still apparently at Bristol mail centre. Sender is putting in a claim today but it's difficult as they want proof of value and I don't have it. I don't want insurance money anyway, I want someone to locate my item!

Absolutel joke! Not sure how I will prove the item I sent either.
