I want to enquire about the parcel I sent to Nigeria since May 19th 2024.
Until date the parcel is no were to be found,
An email came to me saying your parcel has been schedule to be delivered the next day 12th June2024 by NGT -S.
On 12th I received anther mail saying the parcel has been delivered to a safe locker. track the item if you want, when I tracked, to my surprise its showing me My DOOR address in UK, Parcel on the floor and someone open door. this item was to go Nigeria at first, secondly nobody recieved such delivery from my house.
Were possibly is this item , I need the address of the safe locker, my local post office in Nigeria has said that they are not aware or have seen anything like that.
This was suppose to be a surprise gift but now the gifted has join in search of his gift yet we can find the safe locker.
if its an adventure Royal Mail should let me know.

The OP's Tracker details apparently show it's been delivered to his home address in the UK, whilst whoever opened the door has denyied receipt they must have received it?
