Item has wrong postcode on label
Can anyone tell me whether this is likely to get to me? Seller sent my item but combined my billing and shipping address so it has the correct address but the wrong postcode, and both addresses are covered by different delivery offices. It spent a couple of weeks at my local DO, and now the tracking history just shows it moving around various DO's in Bristol, then back to Bristol MC and then off to other DO's and repeat. Is there any chance they will figure out the correct postcode for it to come to?

It might get there, it might not. It is the seller’s responsibility to get the item to you in the time contracted and to make it right with you if that fails to happen.

Snaggletooth is correct. It might get there or it might not.
It would depend on the uniqueness of the road name. If there is only one Monkey Puzzle Close in the BS area it will be quicker than if there are 32 Queen's Drives.
It will also depend on whether anyone has the time or the inclination to look anything up.
Time and inclination are sadly missing from most Delivery Offices.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It'll be down to what address is encoded in the 2D barcode as I believe the packet sorting machine at Bristol will go by thatclashcityrocker wrote: ↑23 Jul 2024, 14:37Snaggletooth is correct. It might get there or it might not.

It needs one human, who can spot, that address is wrong and manually add correct post code. And unfortunately, that's a bit of a lottery.
