To the best of my knowledge, there are no reported delays.
At least, Royal Mail has not made any official announcements regarding delays.
You should now be able to request a refund for postage, even if the item eventually arrives. If it does not arrive, you may be able to claim additional costs, but this will depend somewhat on the level of insurance you selected.
