VERY SUSPICIOUS ABOUT PARCEL WHEREABOUTS

I am new to this chat and decided to come here because I am like many people concrened about some very supicious activity surrounding Royal Mail Staff. I will crearte a thread outlining the situation and hope someone can help or advise me as to how to get this investigated.

If you suspect wrongdoing and have evidence or a strong inclination - contact the police. Lodging complaints through other means is ineffective in criminal matters.

If you believe someone is not fulfilling their duties adequately, then your only choice is to utilize the proper channels to file a complaint.

There is something extremely suspicious about my parcels whereabouts.. I have spent two hours trying to find out where it is. I live in Hounslow TW3 area. I came back from the Hounslow sorting office looking for a parcel and was told it had not arrived there.. I made calls to the customer service number, where I waited for 12 minutes and was cut off once, then holding for 22 minutes on my second call. No real answer, we dont know where the parcel is is not an answer anyone wants to hear.

Here is the situation.

A parcel cleared customs in Langley on the 26th of June and was handed over to Royal mail .. on the 27th June it was tracked as leaving Hanworh Mail centre destined for Hounslow sorting office which is less than a 20 minute drive from the mail centre. There is no record of its arrival at the Hounslow sorting offcie and its "Gone missing".. how is that possible in 2024 with modern scanning,

I want to know who the driver was on that delivery and more importantly the recipient at the Hounslow sorting office on the 27th of June, over a week ago. A 20 minute drive and a parcel "goes missing"??

Why was the parcel not scanned in when recieved in the Hounslow sorting office?? The parcel contained items that were of value to me and I am extrenmely suspicious about what has happened to that package.

I have made notes of times and details of calls and email and will not let this rest till we find out what happened. This is surely not acceptable and needs ot be investigated. How can it be possible to "lose" a parcel on a 20 minute driven unless it was recieved by Hounslow sorting office, and an individual may have not scanned it in, and after that it "went astray"

What can be done about this? I cant accept "nothing" as it leaves customers like myself with serious stress and anxiety, we trust the Royal Mail in 2024 to do its job and we trust the staff, who have been amazing for years of service, dealing with my mail.

But recently Hounslow sorting office has become a nightmare.. Please please can someone tell me how to escalate this and investigate what happened here? It cant be left as it can happen again, its a serious breech of trust and causes untold misery to people like myself.

I am writing to the Ombudsman and will look for other avenues to raise a red flag.

Any help, any or advice will be greatly appreciated.. The Royal Mail is an instutution the publice trusts and this trust is the bedrock of the business,
