Awaiting parcel
Ordered a present from a company tracked 24 was dispatched Monday and was received at Southampton mc on Tuesday evening however tracking hasn’t changed since then. Phone Southampton mc this morning to be told should be at my local sorting office, went down there and they don’t have it. The postman there said it should’ve been here next day. Any idea what’s going on?

It's hard to say without current tracking info. If you provide a tracking number, it'll make it easier for us to figure out what's going on. It could be a number of things from a scam to a simple address mix-up or anything inbtween.
