Outgoing parcel stuck at heathrow

I have posted a parcel Int Track + Sign SP on 26/2 to my son in Dubai. The tracking online is only on 26/2 with last one Despatched to Heathrow Worldwide DC on 26/2.
I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone who said it was received at Heathrow on 29/2 but nothing since, so could be lost or some delay. Her knowledge is that no parcels can be send to Dubai without a PO Box no, however I sent a parcel in December to the same address with parcel monkey which arrived.
Any idea what the hold up/ problem could be at Heathrow?
Anywhere I could find out?? If it cannot be sent will it be returned to sender or forever lost? 😭

Either HWDC will return it to sender or the equivalent of RM in Dubai will return it to sender, as they only deliver to PO BOX addresses

for the latest guide in sending to Saudi Arabia. You can now send to street addresses but the also need more information as outlined at the link.
