Secondly, I advise that you remove your address from here as soon as possible.

Your item appears to be in customs. The unusual amount of time could just be a random check or it could be a problem with the contents. What was inside please, and did the sender add a customs declaration to the outside of the parcel?

There is no way to contact customs, all you can do is wait.

I asked what was inside because we might be able to tell you if the contents have caused a problem. That it is a present is not relevant to delays, only to whether there is a tax charge. What is in the parcel please?

Clothes should not be a problem as long as the sender has attached a customs declaration.

sender hasn't attached a customs declaration, I think. They never did and I was receiving my parcels with no problems at all. Normally was 5 working days. This the reason I don't understand why this is happened now. Parcel is a gift. I don't know what to do.

When the UK was in the EU it wasn’t necessary to add a customs label, but it is now. This will be why your parcel is delayed. If that is the only problem then the parcel should arrive after a couple of months.

I've been received parcel after brexit from the same sender, my family and never had problems. Even in December I did received 2 parcels and didn't have any problems.
