Hi!
I recently ordered something from an EU company for my charity. However, I made a mistake but realised too late after it had already shipped - argh! The company were really lovely and told me to refuse delivery so it would be returned to them and they'd refund me. Sadly though, although I was around (and waiting for the doorbell) the parcel was just left by the front door so I was unable to refuse it. When I realised I ran round the village looking for the postie but they must have already left.
I don't suppose there's any way I can return the parcel to the Post Office / Sorting Centre and refuse the parcel a day after? Failing that I can attempt to return the parcel to the EU but I've tried fairly recently and it's failed to get there, so my charity would be further out of pocket, so I don't want to go that route unless I have to. Any advice really gratefully received. Thanks :)
