Just after some clarification on my delivery.
I ordered a parcel and it was dispatched Sat 27/01. Arriving at local Delivery Office at 0209 on 28/01 and out for delivery 1256 Sun 28/01. However, almost immediately after getting the notification that the parcel was out for delivery i got another notification to say the parcel was being returned to sender due to it exceeding the holding period of 18 days (1309 Sun 28/01)
Clearly this can't be possible and i cant seem to get hold of RM to figure out the issue.
It was a fairly time sensitive delivery so this could cause real inconvenience.
Any clarification would be appreciated or how to move forward from here
