hi all , i had 2 parcels up for collection ,one was a small parcel the other was a big parcel 1.4m long , when i got home ,i found out that the small parcel was still at my gate ,but the postman took the parcel force parcel and put the small parcel label on it, ive no pinter ,so depend on postie brings label ,i did have the small pacel labeled as "royal mail"so cant understand how the mistake could be made ! im out in the wilds ,so if both parcelforce/royal mail parcels get collected by post man ,unless its large parcel force ..........so my question is what will happen next ? surely a big parcel wont get far with small parcel label ?? i see by tracking its at Aberdeen sorting office ,will it get sent back to me?

Hey Rob, presumably your in the Aberdeen Region ?
Was the destination address of both the small and large parcel the same, I wonder.
If not, I would suggest it will be a real challenge to put it right.
1) You've got to get another label for the small parcel and arrange another collection.
2) You've got to get the large parcel returned to you, stick the label on and re-send it.
It looks like a bit of a headache ?
