I have two parcels that arrived at Battersea DO before the new year, and I received the SMS for delivery notification. However, they have not been delivered since then. The two tracking numbers are: WC332844240GB; WC332844908GB.
I have another parcel that arrived at Jubilee MC on 06/01/2024, and also no updates since then. The tracking number is: WC336210962GB
These three parcels have been in transit for over three months. They have been sent back to the sender twice. I wonder why you cant deliver them to me. I'm assuming that your system cannot recognise the address or postcode.
Has anyone got some insights of my situation here? The official contact for Royal Mail could not get me to anyone. That's why I am wondering here.
Please solve my problem ASAP. I have been waiting for them for three months.

Are you putting 2 postcodes in your address?
If you look at https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode it will show you how to correctly display your address
I'm not putting it here as it will identify your address and you should really edit your message to remove your address as advised
You don't need to list your mobile number on your address in the UK either

No I put only one postcode, and it defenitely works as tons of deliveries/parcels are arriving normally.

Then perhaps go to the Battersea Delivery Office and see if they can help you..
