Lost Mail Claim
I use Click&Drop which holds on file all the details of postage bought and mail sent. Occasionally an item does not arrive. Usually it's an international one. In order to complete the online claim form I need to copy all the details, recipients address etc from Click&Drop to the claim form. Annoyingly it is not possible to use copy and paste to do this. Why not?
