What happens to the products going to the national return center?

I bought a few laptop motherboards from England. It was sent to Turkey by Royal Mail.
When the product arrived in Turkey, there was a flood in the Customs area and I could not reach the product.
Although the product appeared in Istanbul for a while, it could not be found. And when I checked the product using the tracking number 2 months later, I saw that the product had been sent back to the UK and was at the National Return Centre.

I cannot reach the person who sent the product in any way. And I want my product to be sent back to Turkey. What should I do, where should I apply and how should I apply for this? I cannot call the UK postal administration from Turkey.

Is there anyone who can help or give ideas on this?

You could try submitting a lost parcel claim form, although it is really supposed to be done by the sender.

I believe that RM will only accept claims from the sender. Does the tracking give any indication if it got rejected by Turkish customs?

No. There is only information that it was returned. I had the same problem with the cargo coming from Glasgow in the same period. The sender sent the package to me again and I received it. So it is not a problem with customs.

As I mentioned above, I cannot reach the person who sent the product in any way. Phone, whatsapp, message etc. I cannot communicate in any way. The sender is missing.

At that time, there was a flood in the customs area due to heavy rain and many cargoes were lost. The cargos found after a long time were returned to the sender abroad.

Any idea if the CMOS batteries on the motherboards are lithium batteries? Lithium batteries can often cause problems with stuff leaving the UK.

There was no CMOS battery on the motherboards. Because new generation laptop motherboards do not have batteries.

It's not just one motherboard. 7 different brands and models of motherboards.

There is no bios battery on motherboards. I am extremely sure of this. Because I constantly buy these motherboards from England. And it all reaches me. I only had problems with this package.

The products were only returned to the UK due to a natural problem in Turkey.
And I am sure that I will be able to receive it when the product is sent back to Turkey.

Even modern motherboards will use a CMOS battery, through it might well be hidden on a modern board as the batteries used these days are smaller.

Its not 100% but you could put a claim in hopefully the returns centre will match the claim with the items/parcel.
