Confused over tracking information

Hi, I would like to ask how should I understand the current status of my parcel transport progress.

I ordered an item from Poland with a delivery to the UK via Polish post office.
It stuck at customs in Heathrow for an assessment for almost a month. And now the tracking says "Your item has been received at a Royal Mail site, international processing centre. Your item is being prepared for despatch overseas." What does it mean? Since it has been received at Heathrow it shouldn't travel anymore overseas. The only overseas travel was from Poland to Heathrow. I'm not sure if it means that the iteam is on its way back to Poland as it has not been accepted in the UK? It's not an prohibited or restricted item.

Hi, I was wondering if you received your parcel in the end, as I'm having the same issues and am also worried that my parcel is being posted back overseas.

Hi, following my last tracking information that I posted - on the 11th November parcel was back at Poland and stuck in Customs since then. As of today, 18th December there has not been any single movement of this parcel nor any response from anyone about what happened.

The seller has made an official claim with Polish postal on 8th of November and they haven't heard anything back yet.

At this moment the seller is preparing for a new parcel postage, since they can't get any information about the previous parcel.
