No update for a week at Heathrow
I have an item being sent from Poland to the UK. The seller has completed all the custom forms. On the tracking it got through Langley. Then seems to be sat at Heathrow on the tracking. There hasn't been any update for over a week. I rang customs they said its down to Royal Mail. It took 2 hrs to get through to them. Is this something that's likely to work its way through as it's just busy or is there likely to be an issue at customs? Thanks

More than likely just down to the amount of stuff in the system at Christmas. But if you did speak to customs it would be handy to get a contact number.
