Hi there I have an order that was delivered to incorrect address for Saturday 9th December and Monday 11th December it has now been Sent to Jubilee MC. I have called to rebook delivery which was for today 15/12/23 and provided the correct address however it is still being held at Jubilee MC. What do you suggest?

When you say 'provided the correct address' does that mean it wasn't addressed correctly in the first place? postcode, street name, property number wrong?
If that was the case, I'm not sure that RM will process the re-delivery request having 'provided the correct address' as that
could be seen as an attempt to redirect a parcel as a scam because it wasn't addressed to your address in the first place.
That might be why it's being held.
If it was addressed correctly but RM delivered it incorrectly then it should get to you, but with it being Christmas......
If you're willing to provide the tracking number somebody might have a suggestion as to what's happening with it.

In relation to your question the door number seems to be missing from address originally though this has been corrected. I will go to parcel office with ID and documentation of this is only option in receiving order.
