Hey guys
I know it's often doom and gloom so I wanted to talk about a positive experience I had. You may remember that I had a package stuck in transit and I was frustrated but you guys on here were calm and explained how rare it was and about how it was probably just caught between systems.
I even asked my delivery office and I got the same courteous and calm response with a hint of frustration at the failing system.
I know you guys work hard and have been working hard in the face of cuts and poor management. I can sympathise I work for the the NHS. You still took your time to help me and the good news is the tracker is showing ready for delivery and I'm even off today so I'll be able to sign for it!
