Hi
I just wanted some guidance on this please.
A package was sent from stockwell delivery office at 9am on Friday and it hasn't moved at all - I wondered if this is normal during Xmas period.
Tracking SE246621868GB - labels were on correctly and clearly marked as special delivery.
Any guidance would be appreciated - thank you.
