Hi,
I have sent a parcel to Bulgaria through Royal Mail and the track and trace history seems to show that the parcel is now stuck in the delivery office in the destination country. Here is a copy of the last entries:

I'm trying to find out which company/operator Royal Mail uses in Bulgaria so that I can ask the recipient to check in their office. I was unable to find this information on the website. Can someone help me with this?

Try the tracking number at: https://parcelsapp.com/en it'll show which company done each scan

If processed through Royal Mail it will go to the national postal operator or GLS.
