Evening, Hope you guys might be able to help and perhaps calm my nerves!
Waiting on a Special Delivery since last Wednesday [22nd Nov]. It's been tracked from Birmingham to Jubilee MC, then nothing. Local postie has told me Jubilee is having problems and our local delivery office received nothing from them Monday but I did get a special today which came through jubilee last night.
Can it get tracked and then get lost? Seems strange...

I work at jubilee there are no issues that would cause such a delay. Special delivery items are rarely “lost” as such and there maybe other reasons for the delay…
1. Do you have a tracking number?
2. How big was the item?
3. If the information on the outside of the item has become compromised are there details inside the package?

1. Yes tracking number is SA020461531GB
2. It wasn’t massive. Would’ve of been well wrapped. Although annoying I don’t think it was sent in the usual silver special envelope. It would’ve contained 15 odd clear packets with reference numbers on them.
3. Nothing related to me but would’ve of had an invoice from the sender. Which has his address in it.

Apologies completely forgot to write they are clear packets with reference numbers and items of jewellery in them. The invoice was hand written with the corresponding reference numbers.

I bought an item, delivered by Royal Mail and it says it has been stuck at Jubilee MC since Friday 1st December.
I am going away next week and need the parcel as it’s a Christmas present, when will it leave Jubilee MC?

Saying that 1 special going missing is unusual, but 2 in the same time period is concerning even if one of them is not yours.
