RMCtv : The 'They have only gone and got an extra 25 squid bonus' thread

This week the packets have started to pick up and a load of people have gone off sick because they can't use annual leave. So lots of walks haven't gone out which means this weeks bonus has failed. Next week we'll be playing catch up so another failed week I expect.

I mean, have they read the terms of the new sickness policy? And people wonder why Royal Mail wanted to change it. You would have to be dumb beyond belief, to use up your one paid sickness period for this reason.

Jesus Christ!!…just say it how it is,this union had all members on side with a 96% strike mandate,and decided not to use it …once Royal Mail threatened them by insisting that they can no longer use payroll for membership subs & defunding release of reps for union duties,they decided to toe company line FACTS…self preservation became more important than defending our terms & conditions.
Ask yourself,where are they now?.. no YouTube live sessions nothing on Twitter,ward & furey basically nowhere to be seen

Why would I do that? I have people obsessed with me on these boards. I don’t want them turning up at my office or looking for a transfer. I know it is hard to believe, but there are offices out there run properly. We aren’t the only one.

It's called being an online troll, they probably have a lot of pent up frustration and 'live' a miserable existence.

Genuinely feel sorry for the type of person who gets their jollies out of exhibiting that type of behaviour, especially on an anonymous website geared towards helping out their fellow colleagues.

You seem to be the only one afraid other forum users will come after you whereas the rest of us fear the company will come after us for posting here.
