First class card not been delivered after a week?
I posted a birthday card to a friend last wednesday night in the postbox first class and it still hasn't come. It has gone past their birthday and i don't know why it hasn't arrived/what to do now. Can anyone help?

Help no as we are not an official Royal Mail site, but if you check the daily update page in this section of the forum it lists where Royal Mail are admitting delays viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&start=705
and the News section which does highlight how widespread it is. viewforum.php?f=18
Apart from that if money was involved then report it to Royal Mail, but I would always suggest using a tracked signed service at a minimum for anything with cash in it, though ideally "Special Delivery" is more appropriate though expensive.
