Hi
Was wondering why I'm getting this when I track my order. It says 'pending address inaccessible'
I live in a house with easy street access. There is no severe weather here and no road closures. It also updated to say this at 12.38pm. I've read stories about this and people waiting days to weeks for it to be delivered. No red card was left and my address is 100% avcessible.
What are my options?

what you suspect has happened, probably has.
Without a tracking number to see the latest updates its hard to say what's going to happen, but for you it might be worth contacting the office manager or putting a claim in for non-delivery. If enough people do this when it happens RM will feel the hit in the wallet.
