Hello.. Looking for some help
A parcel I have sent to Italy has been stuck in Peterborough MC since the 24th October and no idea why.. another package I sent at the same time to same place has already arrived.
Any help would be welcome

What was in the parcel that hasn’t moved? Might have been held back due to the contents.

Incident: Extreme Weather and Flooding
Italian Post have informed us that there have been extreme weather conditions and flooding since 3 November 2023 in the Tuscany region.
The affected postcodes areas are: 59025, 59011, 59015, 59013, 59016, 59021, 59024, 59026, 59025, 51035 and 51039.
As a result, delays may be experienced in certain areas of Tuscany, in the provinces of Florence, Pistoia and Prato.
Italy are having some problems it may be delayed.
Start date: 25 October 2023
