Missing from Spain since Thursday

I have something coming from Spain.
So far tracking has been -
Mon 30th - Item received in Spain
Thur 2nd Nov - Item leaving overseas.

Its not updated since, is this normal considering it flew out of Spain on Thursday?

Fairly normal. It means that customs haven’t released it yet. And customs clearance times are variable.

If its chosen for extra checks and its delayed will it be scanned and show Langley or Customs etc?
Because i see a lot of posts for people who had delays and its been scanned at customs but just sits there?

Heathrow International LC

So its cleared customs?

- Item Received Heathrow International LC
- Item Received Langley HDWC

So its through customs?

That depends which service was used.

Its tracked from Spain but not an express option or anything.
On another parcel tracker on Tuesday all at the same time, it says -



-Item Received. We have your item and it's on its way. More information will be available as it travels through our network

Yes, but sometimes there is a gap between Langley receiving and Customs releasing. Keep an eye on tracking and when you see it entering your local MC it should take that long to get it to you.
