It is that time of the year, when i ask the amazing posties how fast the following services are arriving and if they are on time:
Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm: 1 day delivery aim ?
Tracked 24 Large Letter: 1 day ?
Tracked 48 Large Letter: 2-3 days ?
Tracked 24 Parcel: 1 day ?
Tracked 48 Parcel 2-3 days ?
Also are Tracked items still prioritised over normal mail or normal untracked parcels?

Yes those timescales sound about right.
My frame is clear of everything that comes through the pipeline from the local Mail Centre.
No tracked items are no longer prioritised over normal mail or parcels as notified by CEO Simon Thompson at the Parliamentary Select Committee enquiry.

As above, the then CEO and his side-kick Ricky both told the Select Committee that Tracked items definitely were not prioritised and never had been and therefore never would be. Absolutely not, no siree, not at all, no way Jose, it would never ever happen ever never never.
And to confirm this, I did not write a letter to my MP in January 2021 concerning this very issue of being told to "priortise premium products and fail mail". I definitely did not write that letter and do not at all have a copy of the eventual reply from the MP forwarding RM's corporate fob-off that basically accused me of being a liar in ever suggesting it.
