Hi Guys,
I am new here, but I have seen there's some knowledeable people in here and have a query.
My item has come from the US and left US from Chicago on the 23rd of October, but has used Swiss Post to get to the UK, and has been stuck with the following status since the 26th:
Thursday 26 October 2023
Item Received
Heathrow International LC
But before that it said:
Item at UK customs
LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom
Does this mean it is still in customs or out for deliver because the mail tracking says:
We've got it
We normally expect to deliver to your address between 10:55am - 12:55pm
We have your item and it's on its way. More information will be available as it travels through our network.
But hasnt changed since the 26th and on the mobile app it even still says:
We've got it
We normally expect to deliver it on 27 October 2023 between 10:55am - 12:55pm
Which has obviously passed so i'm not sure if I should be worried or not?

I'm guessing everyone feels I was asking a silly question.
Royal Mail have confirmed that it is in customs still.
The 'weve got it' and the delivery date that was in the past was what got me worried.
