That particular delivery office is perhaps not clearing its mail and someone in that office is scanning tracked items indoor so it doesn't look like a failure. The last update was: "Monday 23 October 2023 23:01: Unable to Attempt Delivery"
The item came from Spennymoor Post Office in County Durham. It's now sat at Chatham delivery office Kent. Are you near the Chatham DO? Can you get down there with the the tracking number and ask for the item? Give them your address (maybe take a couple of items of addressed mail as proof) and "demand" it with folded arms.
