Some clarity needed on where my parcel is

Hi,
I'm hoping I'm posting in the correct part (apologises if not). I have a parcel coming from the US, I've tracked it via USPS and RM, also checked on parcelapp thanks to this forum! I'm confused as to where it is as USPS and parcelapp (I think) shows it's cleared customs, RM updated their tracking on 10/10 to say they had the parcel and would deliver it the next day, updated the following day to say today, where it has been stuck ever since.
Parcelapp is telling me -
Item Received. This item has been received at LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom. More information will be available as it travels through our UK network

Am I right in thinking the "processed through facility" is customs and it's gone through and now it's stuck with the RM?
I did try contacted RM on twitter and got 3 different answers which has left me even more confused.

Any help on this would be amazing! Thanks :confused

USPS are one of the very few, maybe even the only foreign postal operator who scans any items before handing them over to customs. Most likely your parcel is stuck in customs

Thank-you. Would that mean that the tracking on RM has bugged with it saying due for delivery today? It’s been stuck like that since the 10th?
The original tracking on RM said received at Langley first then Heathrow then randomly a couple of days ago those switched round but the date (10/10) remained the same.

Sorry, me again! I've just checked parcelapp and heathrow is now the top one..are these interchangeable like this? This is what it was originally on the 10/10 but switched during the week but now they've switched back with the dates/times remaining the same :confused
