Morning - appreciate no-one here can tell me where my parcel is exactly..but wondered if anyone could help decipher the tracking information?
Ordered something from ebay, they despatched on Monday 16th via Tracked48. Below is what the tracking information says, starting at the bottom. I am in east Herts by the way, not local to Hemel (where i believe the HCNMC is located). Item seems to have been scanned every day at HCNMC - does this mean it is still there and hasn't even been received by my local delivery place yet? Seems a bit odd- any suggestions?! Thank you.

Re: What does this mean?
Check with the seller the exact address they used when posting the item. The tracking is what I'd possibly expect to see if there was an issue with the address printed on the item. I believe that HCN have a machine that sorts packets, which probably believes that the item is proper to a certain DO who must be sending it back to HCN each time. The DO that keeps sending it back to HCN should still be scanning it as a missort to show on the system that it has reached the wrong DO

Re: What does this mean?
If that was the case, wouldn't there be scans at the DO?

Could be down to staff shortages at the DOJefferson Starfish wrote: ↑20 Oct 2023, 11:15If that was the case, wouldn't there be scans at the DO?
