Hi to all board members! Thank you in advance for checking this post. I just would like to ask for help in trying to find out why was my parcel re-routed from Croydon MC to Gatwick MC when I live in Catford, London? I am expecting this parcel from China and when it came to UK, it went through Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked. I received a text message from RM that it will be delivered on Friday 6th October but no sign of them at all. My post code is SE6 4HU. Does Gatwick MC normally serve our area? I just find it strange since Croydon is near us. What should I do? I tried calling Croydon MC but they were not answering. I'm waiting for customer service for more than 30 minutes now on the phone. Would greatly appreciate your help!

Off-hand I'm not sure if Croydon covers the Catford area. If it doesn't then there might be an issue with the address and so the what address is on the item is being googled to work out where it's meant to be going

That's strange because the seller had confirmed they have put the correct address.
