Hi all,
I've recently been misfortunate enough to come into contact with the delivery office manager of the Putney Burston Road branch, who, when I called and calmly explained that we've had no post for a week, responded "I don't care, I'm not helping you", before getting more and more irate and eventually hanging up on me.
I've raised a complaint with Royal Mail who gave me a very boilerplate reply and no actual resolution - so I've been trying to contact someone more senior (potentially Zareena Brown, in charge of HR) to no avail.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction, ideally towards a non-automated response please?

Sorry for your altercation, unfortunately most(?) “managers” in the company really lack basic interpersonal skills and an understanding of how to retain custom.
I have a feeling they learn and are moulded from what’s above them in the hierarchy so I’d be interested to see any further responses you may get!
