Postie no labels but took parcels
Paid for 4 parcels 48 hour tracked and booked collection with labels to be brought. Postie came today to collect but didn’t have labels, said would print and stick on back at depot. Tracking says parcels not in system. Am very worried. What to do?

We are experiencing issues with parcel collecting and tracking at the moment.
The collection jobs are not appearing on our pda screens - as we can't download them.
Quite a bit of news about it in the media today.
Eventually they will all be scanned and updated.
