Sent a package international tracked, confirm that it says this on the receipt.
Posted 5 days ago to israel. When i got to track it says error, tracking not available for this service. Why is it doing this?

You would need to check with an official Royal Mail site but certainly an item with a tracking code starting LB should be trackable https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S10_(UPU_standard) why you can't isn't something anyone on here could advise you on.

phoned them up and it was a website issue, sorted now
