I hope that someone could give me an advice what I can do now.
I haven't received letters and parcels , even junk one for 10 days... I have no idea if it's RM issue etc.

It's a nationwide issue Rika and RM are repeatedly renegading on their 6 days a week Universal Service Obligation.
3 times they have asked the Government to let them off Saturday delivery of letters, so far without success.
You could call in at your local delivery office, but these opening times have been adjusted as well,
