Sent a parcel Special Delivery. Says delivered. Picture attached shows not my parcel & initials are not the Buyer. Really worried, any help?
Hopefully you can see pic. What is the green bag you can see?

The initials don't matter: RM deliver to an address, not a person.

The green thing is a container we call a Yorkie, and being green means it should only be used for Special Delivery Items.
Does the receiver get a lot of items per day, this looks at least to me like a bulk delivery that has been scanned as delivered in the local DO, though this is very rare and should only be done on agreement with the receiving customer.
I personally don't think its anything to worry about but I would contact the buyer to make sure everything is ok. If not then put a claim in.

She is a private individual who lives in a house. She doesn’t have a business and was in @ 7:43 when it was supposedly delivered.
She is worried as she has no idea where it is, are they able to provide me GPS at all?

So buyer went to sorting office.
She showed the picture. Apparently the person behind counter knew immediately the postman who signed for it (CC) and also knew where it had been delivered (apparently small place) she said it’s been delivered to wrong address and this is a business.
Apparently they will try & retrieve it & we should hold tight? Not a cheap item @ 700!

We were told recently that anyone signing for a special will be immediately sacked. Even if the customer was ok with it.

As recipient approached their local sorting office they should do (morally wise!). If it's not with the recipient by close
of play Tuesday, I'd go down the formal route and raise the lost parcel claim as advised.
