Hello, I hope this makes sense as my google attempts have not been fruitful!
I am selling an item on Facebook market place, I have had a host of scammers contact, which thankful I have been able to weed out, but I believe I am now talking to a genuine customer. My plan is to send Special delivery before 1pm as it is a laptop and the value is £400 and so I need to cover for insurance and want tracking. However I am still cautious, I'm asking the buyer to pay via paypal and have told them I will not be sending the item until I can see on my end the money has gone into my account and is accessible to me. That covers the buyer too as if they say they have not received the item they can request a refund through paypal, and my intention is to send this item so that should not happen.
However, I have been doing some research into potential paypal scams just to cover all bases and came across the attached information on the paypal website. My concern now is that the buyer could request to reroute the package and I would be none the wiser. I would then potentially have no proof the item was received and also be the one who has to deal with claiming via insurance. My question is, is it possible when using the Special Delivery service to request that no rerouting requests take place? How would I go about making this request to royal mail? I am assuming this is a scam they are aware of?
Anyway any help anyone can give would be much appreciate. I just want to avoid getting scammed! If anything I have said above isn't making sense, please let me know and I can do my best to make it clearer.

Perhaps I am being slow but ... could you just not give the tracking number to recipient? I don't see how they would redirect it without that information.
