Hi Posties. Please please help!
Am really hoping someone can help me! I ordered some crystals from a tiktok seller in China, I've used the seller many times before and had no problems. Tiktok gives you an update for every step of your packages journey. The package arrived in the UK on the 23/7, cleared customs on the 24/7 then it says it entered and left the transit warehouse on the 25/7 and was transferred to the local shipping provider Royal mail on the same day at 3.36pm with a tracking number etc. The tracking number was no help and when I called royal mail the woman on the phone just said they haven't received it and now its been written off as lost. Is there any chance I can find it??

Not giving us much to go on here, would you be willing to post the tracking number?

I understand that but its been weeks since then and no update. The seller on tiktok has been informed that the parcel is lost and to refund me but I really just want the item as its one of a kind. Do you think I might still have a chance of receiving it then? Thanks for your help by the way

There is a chance. Fill out a claim form and describe the item, if it has come out of the parcel, of the address has come off of the parcel then there is a chance its being held at the National Returns Centre.
