How to claim refunds
Two parcels have not turned up, yet marked as delivered. Sellers won't entertain refunds as they're marked as delivered. What do I do now?

Section 75 of credit card possibly or a bank chargeback ?
Not entirely sure but a couple of options to explore.

Re: How to claim refunds
Usually it would need to be the sender to liaise with RM as RM sees the seller as their customer who paid them to deliver… but you can still try I guess.Slinkington wrote: ↑26 Jul 2023, 08:38Two parcels have not turned up, yet marked as delivered. How were these parcels delivered? With what method? If sent as tracked 24/48 or special delivery there should be a GPS record linked to the delivery and that could help RM and you locate these parcels maybe. The tracking itself, with these services, displays a little map with the location of the delivery marked clearly with coordinates.
If you bought on eBay, your other option would have to be at this point lying and saying they got to you not as described and you would get an easy refund even if it is all untrue. EBay will unfortunately easily side with a buyer claiming this.
It is very dishonest, yes, and I shouldn't even be suggesting that you do it, but if the seller is not cooperating at all to help you with even a minimal investigation through RM, then it is an option.
I would not do it personally as I think karma would punish me after somehow (I am like that with these things so I always choose honesty no matter what) but your choice.
