My parcel LE566369333GB is stuck in Birmingham.
I don't know why it doesn't move
I can't call them because I live abroad.
What should I do?
Why isn't it updating?

The barcode label has fallen off.
The address label has fallen off.
Royal Mail has stopped it because it is suspected that the contents contravene the Dangerous Goods act.
To rule out the last of those, can you please tell us what the contents are and what the destination country is?
You can start an email conversation with Royal Mail in theory using their webform. Use the complaints option in the link below. However, they are limited in what they can say to a person who isn't their customer, i.e. the person who sent the parcel.

Might have been chosen for inspection as it could be maybe stuff that requires a prescription in Japan and it would be illegal to send prescription stuff without a valid prescription and permit. Not saying you are sending anything illegal, just that the reason for the delay might be that they have chosen to check before exporting it.
Is it anything containing liquids etc? As they might be more likely to get checked.
